Mondays 5.45 & 7pm
Feel Good Flow
A full bodied practice that encourages being present as we flow through the postures with ease and authenticity. This class is less about how the movement looks and more importantly about how it feels and trust me when I say you will always leave feeling fantastic!
Tuesdays 6pm
Mellow vinyasa
Smooth, juicy and grounding, Mellow Vinyasa is about slowing down without losing depth. This class invites you to move with intention through flowing sequences that balance strength and softness.
Saturdays 9.30 & 11am
vIbrant vinyasa
Dynamic and expressive, this Saturday morning vinyasa class focuses on building strength, balance, and vitality through the meditative state of flow. Expect a combination of sun salutations, breath work, peak postures and relaxation to leave you refreshed and energised.
What To Expect From My Classes
When you join my classes, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where you are free to move at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be perfect or keep up with anyone else. I encourage you to listen to your body, move with intention, and explore what feels good.
Expect a playful environment that focuses on feeling the movement rather than getting caught up in the physical appearance of a pose. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear tension, and create a sense of ease and calm.
You’ll leave each class feeling rejuvenated, connected, and with a deeper sense of self-awareness.
Private tuition
I also offer private 1-2-1 and small group yoga classes (4 people max).
This is a great way to personalise yoga for your individual needs and circumstances. It supports learning at a pace that is right for you whilst focusing on areas that YOU are particularly interested in.
Private classes can centre around anything you want to work on and learn. That could be postural alignment, movement flow, yoga philosophy, meditation, relaxation and breath work. This is your time!
These sessions can take place either online via Zoom or from your home (Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas).
