A 2-hour monthly class designed to help you slow down and dive deeper into your practice.

Expect nourishing warm-ups, dynamic flows, breathwork, meditation, and space to play, linger, explore new shapes and rest.

Open to everyone, this is for anyone ready to move, explore, and reconnect.

Feel Good Flow

Mondays 5.45 & 7pm

A full bodied vinyasa practice that inspires presence and curiosity. Expect a steady, nourishing flow that supports you to move in a way that feels good and joyful in your body.

This class is less about how the movement looks and more about how it feels, creating space to tune in, let go of perfection, and reconnect with yourself.

Tuesday 5.45pm

A mobility focused yoga class that challenges the idea that slower means easier.

This is a grounded, steady practice where every movement has purpose and nothing is rushed. Through precise, intentional movement, you’ll build intelligent strength, stability, and control, while creating more space and freedom in your body.
